The WebIT icon is located in the system tray.
Right click on icon to view the menu. You can choose from Configuration, Retrieve Orders Automatically, Update Products Automatically, Open Log File and Exit.
Select Configuration to configure each plug-in that is available. By default they are all marked as disabled until you have enabled them. More detail about each configuration is available in this guide.
Retrieve Orders Automatically allows for items to be retrieved into Idealpos.
Update Products Automatically will sync the selected stock items you have previously ticked web store with stock item description cost and stock levels once you have created the stock items on the site.
